Insights from Elevate ‘26

We recently attended Elevate ‘26 in Oslo, a conference focused on customer experience, customer service, and how AI is shaping the future.

Throughout the day, there were many interesting discussions about how quickly the industry is evolving and how companies are adapting to new technologies. A key theme was how AI is being used to improve both efficiency and quality in customer support.

What stood out most was how teams are starting to use AI as a tool to strengthen their own capabilities. By supporting employees in their daily work, AI can help build expertise, improve efficiency, and deliver better customer experiences.

At the same time, there was a strong focus on using AI responsibly, especially in relation to European regulations and data security. This shows that companies are not only focused on innovation, but also on doing things the right way.

AI is evolving rapidly and will continue to reshape how we work. However, one thing remains constant: the importance of people and genuine experiences. Technology can support and enhance, but the human element remains essential.

We’re taking a lot of inspiration from Elevate ‘26 and look forward to exploring how these insights can be applied in practice.
