Reliable internet is not always available, especially when reps are on the road. Offline mode lets your team record and analyze calls without a connection. All data syncs automatically once they are back online, and recent coaching sessions remain accessible even without network access.
Enhanced Call Recording
We have significantly improved the recording engine in this release. Calls now capture at higher audio fidelity with automatic noise reduction, and the system handles overlapping speakers more accurately, resulting in cleaner transcriptions and better AI analysis.
Push Notifications
Reps and managers now receive real-time alerts for coaching insights, such as when the AI detects a particularly strong objection-handling moment or a missed opportunity. Notification preferences are fully customizable, and managers can set up milestone alerts to celebrate team wins as they happen.
