Proactive alerts: Issues flagged before you notice them

Swiftner now checks your team's calls every hour and alerts you on the dashboard when something needs attention, before it becomes a pattern.

Most performance issues show up in the data long before a manager notices them. Swiftner now picks this up continuously and places a short summary at the top of your dashboard when something is worth a look.

What triggers an alert?

  • A rep who's more than 20% off from the rest of the team

  • A noticeable drop — more than 20% below their own average over recent calls

  • No calls logged today, when there were calls yesterday

  • A red flag from the call itself, like a dissatisfied customer or a conversation that went off track


Finding out a week too late is a week of missed opportunities. Hourly checks mean you can act the same day.
